Do I need a credit card for the trial?
No. The hosted trial lasts 14 days and needs only an email address. You choose a plan when the trial ends.
What counts as a channel?
A channel is one connected social account, such as one X account or one LinkedIn profile. Connecting the same person on 3 networks uses 3 channels.
What counts as an agent?
An agent is one API key you issue to an AI tool or automation, such as Claude Desktop or an n8n workflow. Each key has its own networks and permissions.
How does annual billing work?
Annual plans cost the same as 10 months of monthly billing, so you get 2 months free. Pro is $40.83/month when billed annually.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your billing settings and your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. There is no cancellation fee.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. If you ask within 14 days of your first paid charge, we refund it in full. See the refund policy for details.
Is self-hosting really free?
Yes. The core is open source under AGPL-3.0 with no channel or agent limits. You pay only for your own server.
Who processes payments?
Lemon Squeezy is our merchant of record. It handles checkout, invoices, and sales tax or VAT for your country.
