Every hosted plan starts with a 14-day free trial that needs no card. You are not charged until you choose a plan.
Cancel anytime
You can cancel from your billing settings at any time. There is no cancellation fee. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and it does not renew.
Refunds
- First paid charge: if you ask within 14 days of your first paid charge, we refund it in full. No questions asked.
- Renewals: we do not normally refund renewals, but if a charge was a mistake, email us and we will look at it fairly.
- Annual plans: the same 14-day window applies from the date of the annual charge.
How to ask
Email support@socialhandoff.com from the address on your account and include the date of the charge. We will reply within 2 business days.
Who processes refunds
Lemon Squeezy is our merchant of record, so refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, the money usually appears within 5 to 10 business days.
Self-hosting
The open-source version is free, so there is nothing to refund. See the pricing page for plan details and the terms for the full agreement.
