What an agent can do
RecurPost's MCP server gives your assistant tools to schedule posts, generate content, and manage libraries, using your account credentials. In SocialHandoff, the agent's key decides what it can touch. A draft-only key can call draft_post but not publish, and no agent key can call approve_post. That split matters when an agent reads untrusted input such as issues or emails; see prompt injection.
Safety nets
SocialHandoff includes a 60-second undo on publish-now, a dry-run preview, duplicate protection, and a kill switch. Guardrails block banned topics and link shorteners you name.

Migration notes
There is no RecurPost importer. Connect your accounts in SocialHandoff, swap the MCP server in your Claude config, and issue a draft-only key. Evergreen libraries stay in RecurPost; your agent can re-draft the best ones.
